Alex Romero has spent his career fighting for justice and advocating for individuals during some of their most challenging times. As a first-generation child of immigrant parents, Alex’s passion for helping others is deeply rooted in his family’s experiences navigating complex legal systems. Alex brings this dedication to personal injury law, working tirelessly to ensure his clients receive the fairness and compensation they deserve.

Alex’s legal journey began with a two-year prestigious Equal Justice Works Fellowship at the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP), where he provided critical legal representation to undocumented youth in rural Washington. He continued at NWIRP as a staff attorney and later as a supervising attorney with the Children and Youth Advocacy Project. In these roles, Alex developed a reputation for advocating with compassion, building trust with clients, and navigating complex cases. These same skills—empathy, precision, and relentless advocacy—now inform his work in personal injury law, where he helps individuals recover and rebuild after life-altering events.

Beyond the courtroom, Alex is deeply committed to his community. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he volunteers monthly at the Latino/a Bar Association of Washington’s (LBAW) legal clinics, reflecting his passion for ensuring access to justice for underserved communities.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys discovering Seattle’s dynamic food scene, visiting local plant shops, and attending bachata dance classes. Alex’s hobbies reflect his belief that life is about growth, connection, and resilience—values he’s proud to embody in his work for his clients.
