The motorcycle crash capped off a deadly weekend in the Pacific Northwest for motorcycle riders. A motorcyclist in Vancouver was severely injured after losing control of his motorcycle on I-205 and veering into a nearby ditch. He was taken to a local hospital to treat his injuries. Washington State Patrol believe alcohol may have played a part in the crash.

Yet another motorcyclist was injured in Astoria, Oregon after driving too fast while attempting to illegally pass a car. The motorcyclist drove off the road at a curve and fell into a ditch. He was flown to Harborview Medical Center in an emergency response helicopter. He is currently being treated for his injuries.
